We are born with the most magical tools
But then our minds create all these complex new rules
That life is hard and failure is bad
That happiness is king and you must not be sad
When in fact all emotions really need feeding
Otherwise autopilot takes charge and leaves you reeling
Process them all and then they can flow
That is the secret as to how we humans grow
Life may appear to be hard and just bad
It’s then easy to get stuck and start feeling mad
If you feel sad, then let out the tears
Do not be stuck or back away from your fears
Instead quieten your mind and discover your dreams
Work with the universe, life is not what it seems
Sit still, just be and do not let your fear
Create busyness or distraction will simply will steer
You away from your purpose, your life with such joy
To believe in yourself, you need not be coy
